We already have many adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues in the community and - sadly care in the community does not exist - support workers are coming from miles away , lack skills and empathy and do stuff to people rather than with people - people may not like this being said - but where do u go , what do u do with your time if u r not at work ? I am retired and what I am aware of is many people with needs wandering the streets - and it's not going to get any better !
