I am retired and what I am aware of is many people with needs wandering the streets – and it’s not going to get any better !

On the other hand it is proposing to cut the Public Health budget it now holds including cutting so-called ‘lifestyle’ services; Be-Active is a major public health programme to improve access and engagement in sports and leisure activities from ‘deprived’ communities and has enjoyed huge success.
