		<description><![CDATA[well what a surprise, CYPF to bear the brunt of cuts yet the failing social care teams will remain practically untouched? and yet with enormous cuts to Childrens Centres, CAMHS and programmes like short breaks for famles with disabled children it will be the most vulnerable who will be the hardest hit.
