		<description><![CDATA[Couldn&#039;t agree more, it&#039;s time the Council stood up for the residents and insist that agreements are kept and not distilled and allowed to meet the stupid regulations that govern national chains, who should fit into the needs of the community, not vice versa. Sainsbury.s has blighted Selly Oak for too many years already with the ugly and depressing dead frontage, turning its back on the community. 
Incomprehensible not to take into account the needs of cyclists, pedestrians, pushchairs, etc. Access to the city via the canal as promised would certainly better the profile of the city.
Irate and ready to leave.]]></description>
