Haven’t councillors been responsible for oversight before? So BCC now admits it has under-funded children’s services, did any councillor draw attention to this? I think not. What an indictment of a council that did so many other things, yes including that new library building.

Sorry this is “more of the same”. Alas yet another, future serious case review will reach the same old conclusions.

Has anyone considered “starting from ground zero”?
