		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s good to get politicians in on the LEPs, it was never going to work with just businessmen. I do wonder though about lack of representation of women on the boards, business or political - women will be at the end of the funding and strategic decisions of these bodies, they are the largest recipients of services and by far biggest users of public transport for instance. We have some fantastic examples of female business leaders , entrepreneurs and politicians in the West Midlands. Why or why can&#039;t we get this right? We&#039;re not talking about a &#039;right on&#039; 50 50 gender balance......just balance?]]></description>
