According to the Guardian 5 GPs will become millionaires from the sale of their out-of-hours GP service to private health company Care UK. This is, of course, the sale of a service built up through taxpayer support. GPs are already amongst the best paid workers within the NHS. Whatever happened to public service?]]></description>
