The web chat last week with Bob had &#039;350 people who viewed live or replayed&#039; from a WestMidsPCC Tweet.

On Twitter Bob&#039;s staff have sent 2963 Tweets and has 2,261 followers. In contrast I have a young relative who has sent 18k Tweets and is followed by 9,000. 

How does one judge success in &quot;reaching out&quot;? I would contend very few people are interested still.]]></description>
