		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t want to detract from what is an interesting blog with some valid points to make concerning localism and the views from the &quot;bottom corner&quot; of England, but, on a technical issue, it should be pointed out that there is no such place as the &quot;Royal County of Berkshire.&quot; Berkshire disappeared in 1998 when it was broken up into a half dozen or so unitaries. Or is there something here I missed in the piece?.]]></description>
